Organization Structure

For the sake of faster development and better cultivation of our employees, we redesigned the organization structure in the beginning of 2008. In accordance with the directions of technologies, we divided the teams into four departments focusing on development of Windows applications, development of web sites and web applications, DotNetNuke development, and software testing respectively.

All the project teams subject to the four departments and each department should be responsible for their projects. Only successful projects will make the department successful. Besides, every department bears enormous responsibility in cultivating talents as the department itself needs more persons with better abilities for its development and expanding.

We believe the adjustment on organization structure this time has laid the foundations of Chongqing Branch's rapid development in the near future.
