General manager---Qiang Xu

Mr. Qiang Xu is the General manager and Founder of Nova. With solid experience in strategic planning, key partnership development and market positioning, Mr. Xu has been dedicating the past 5 years of his professional experience to form Nova as a leading .Net service provider in China. Meanwhile he is also a veteran project manager and system architect, having leading a large amount of large projects.

Mr. Xu received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Deputy manager--- Caven Ran

Caven is the vice manager of Nova, mainly responsible for testing dept.. Since his participancy, he has brought in systematic solution for project management as well as his unique insight into the outsourcing industry. He has been acting as the project manager of a long term project for 2 years.

Caven received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and technology from Peking University, meanwhile took a Double Degree Programme in Economics.

Project manager--- Allen Yang

As seasoned web specialist, Allen has the outstanding ability to capture clients' needs with superior technical capabilities and English skills. He has gained universal reputation from clients by providing state-of-the-art works since he joined our company. Before joining Nova, Allen had served CPCW Group, one of the most popular computer magazines in China, for 5 years. From this experience, he had acquired in-depth understanding of the outsourcing industry on a whole level, which strengthens our interactions with foreign clients.

Allen received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Chongqing University.

Senior engineer---Qiang Wang

Qiang is always keeping pace with the up-to-date technologies with his passion and enthusiasm for this industry. He is skillful in .Net Winform and Web-based applications, especially DotNetNuke framework. Since joining our company, he had lead a number of projects to successful delivery, including a large-scale ongoing project which has last for 4 years. He has won clients' trust with stable quality and on time delivery.

Qiang holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Application from one of China's most famous university, Hubei University.
